Diapering
Despite the popularity of Disposables, theres medical, economic, and ecological evidence to suggest that this kind of diaper may not be in you or your childs best interest. Thats why we provide a full line of cloth diapers and diaper covers as well as earth-friendly creams and wipes. If youre beyond the diapering stage, youll find potty chairs and videos for the toilet training toddlers.

Outside, there's a 100% cotton flannel layer to provide a softer fabric next to your baby's skin. Inside, is a thick terrycloth inner pad for maximum absorbency. These diapers are contoured to fit perfectly in the Nikky's. They work well with our Velcro covers, too, keeping the diaper in place without pins. A newborn baby uses about 12 diapers per day. An older child, whose bladder has grown, uses approximately 6 per day, but needs more absorbency. If you do laundry every day, you'll need 1 or 2 dozen diapers. If you launder once a week, you'll need 5 dozen diapers. This seems like a huge investment, but if you divide the cost of five dozen diapers by 2½ years of diapering time, your cost comes to only 21 cents per day! A significant savings. Made in the USA. Machine wash and dry. (shipping weight 2 lbs)

"I was fortunate 9 years ago to have a co-worker give me 5 dozen of your rainbow diapers. They had diapered her two children and had diapered her 2 nephews. Although the diapers had been bleached a lot, they still held up well for a 5th child, my first. Bit by bit, the outer parts of the diaper were too worn to last. But ripped away, the super thick inner core made a great night time doubler! I saved them and 9 years later I was fortunate against many odds to have another baby. I am still using a dozen surviving whole rainbow diapers and four dozen of the cores as doublers with a 6th child! Not bad for diapers that are at least 15 years old!"
